Depending on your location, most orders take between 2-3 business days to arrive.

You can expect made to order items to arrive in 10-14 business days and bespoke items within 3-6 weeks. We are unable to confirm or promise Made to Order items to arrive sooner, but we will always try our very best to meet any deadlines in extreme circumstances.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery time will depend on the shipping option you choose at checkout.

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy on all of our products. We also offer hassle-free returns for alterations if needed, so if something isn't quite right we make sure you can get the perfect fit. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply email us at info@dalshart.com within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a return.

Yes, all our items are true to size. Our sizes are similar to high-street stores. We use UK size chart size for a good fit. Please make sure you choose the correct size when placing your order.
