Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please read the following guidelines.

How to Start a Return

  • Contact us at info@dalshart.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • In your email, let us know which items you’d like to return and the reason for the return.
  • We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
  • When trying on clothes, please be mindful of makeup, deodorant or perfume that could leave a mark or scent.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged due to improper packaging on your end.
  • Items received in a non-resalable condition will be returned to you.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to your original form of payment, and you’ll receive an email confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any items that do not meet the return conditions. In such cases, the item will be sent back to you.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please let us know the item you’d like to exchange for when you contact us.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned after the specified return period. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us of a return.
  • Items received in damaged or worn condition. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. If an item shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of any deterioration, up to the full price of the item, from your refund.
  • Bespoke or made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged due to their personalised nature. Please double-check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
